Role Summary
As a Tgt Headmistress at Queens Valley School in Patel Nagar, West Delhi, Delhi, you will have the leadership opportunity to shape the educational vision and direction of our institution. Key Responsibilities
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, including staff supervision, student discipline, and maintenance of school records.
2. Coordinating with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
3. Managing the school's administrative tasks, such as attendance, admissions, and exams.
4. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote student welfare and academic excellence.
5. Conducting regular meetings with teachers and staff to discuss progress, provide feedback, and address concerns.
6. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
7. Coordinating with external agencies, such as government departments and NGOs, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Representing the school at local community events and meetings.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you should possess a postgraduate degree (minimum) and at least 5 years of experience in school administration, preferably in a Tgt Headmistress position. A B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree is not mandatory for this role, but a TET/CTET certification is not required.
