Job Description
You will design and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring clarity and relevance for students in Classes IX to XII. Your role includes explaining concepts like physics, chemistry, and biology through practical demonstrations, experiments, and interactive discussions to foster understanding and curiosity.
Daily classroom management will involve monitoring student participation, addressing doubts, and maintaining a structured yet dynamic learning environment. You will prepare lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids to support hands-on learning experiences, ensuring students grasp scientific principles effectively.
Collaboration with the science faculty and academic team will help refine teaching methods and share best practices. You will also evaluate student performance through periodic tests, projects, and practical assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Eligibility and Qualifications
A postgraduate degree in Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential. Three years of relevant teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level is required. A TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
Employment and Compensation Details
This is a full-time position based in Patel Nagar, West Delhi. The monthly salary will range from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
