Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy with valid permits and insurance.
Track attendance of students using transport services daily.
Organize emergency drills and safety checks during monsoon or winter months.
Prepare monthly transport reports for the school leadership team.
Liaise with traffic authorities for route approvals and permit renewals.

Post-graduate degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in transport management or logistics
