TGT Physical Education Teacher Position at Sarvaman Vidya School in Bharuch
Sarvaman Vidya School in Bharuch is seeking a dedicated TGT Physical Education Teacher to inspire and develop active, healthy students through engaging sports and fitness programs. This role focuses on creating a dynamic learning environment where physical well-being, teamwork, and discipline take center stage.
Design and conduct age-appropriate sports activities, including team games, individual sports, and fitness drills, ensuring safety and adherence to school rules. Prepare and deliver structured PE lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines, fostering both physical skills and sportsmanship. Collaborate with the school’s sports committee to organize inter-house competitions, tournaments, and extracurricular events, promoting a culture of athleticism and fair play.
Ensure proper equipment maintenance and inventory management for PE facilities, including gymnasiums, playgrounds, and sports grounds. Act as a mentor to students, encouraging participation in sports clubs and providing guidance on healthy lifestyle choices. Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and participation in sports activities to support academic and extracurricular growth.
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience in Physical Education, preferably at the secondary level, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.21,000 to Rs.40,000 per month, with the opportunity to work in a vibrant educational setting in Bharuch.
