Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate students to participate in sports and physical activities
- Organize and conduct athletics events, tournaments, and competitions
- Collaborate with the Physical Education Department to develop and implement sports programs
- Recruit and train assistant coaches and sports officials
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations
- Participate in school committees and events as required
- Develop and implement safety protocols for athletics events and practices
- Foster partnerships with local sports organizations and clubs
Eligibility:
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (M.A., M.Sc, MBA)
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
