PGT Business Studies Teacher Responsibilities
Greenwood International School in Rajkot needs a dedicated PGT Business Studies Teacher to lead the subject across senior classes. Your role will include designing and delivering engaging lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring students grasp core concepts like financial management, marketing strategies, and entrepreneurship.
You’ll conduct interactive classes, use visual aids, and assess students through practical projects, case studies, and periodic exams. Collaboration with senior management will be key—you’ll contribute to curriculum development and represent the school at industry-linked workshops or guest lectures.
Teaching hours will be standard, with flexibility to adjust based on student needs. Your focus will remain on fostering analytical skills and real-world business awareness among students.
Eligibility and Requirements
To qualify, you must hold a postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related commerce discipline, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. At least two years of teaching experience in Business Studies at the secondary or senior secondary level is mandatory.
While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this role, it will be considered favorably. Your salary will be Rs.35,000 to Rs.55,000 per month, with full-time employment at Greenwood International School in Rajkot.
