PRT Evs Teacher Job in Vadodara, Gujarat | School Recruitment

* Fostering a growth mindset and promoting self-directed learning
* Using culturally responsive teaching practices to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Teach Evs to students in grades 1-5
- Plan and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Maintain a well-planned and organized classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents through parent-teacher meetings and progress reports
- Participate in school events and activities that promote community engagement
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in inclusive education
Who should apply:
We are looking for a qualified teacher who holds a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared TET or CTET. A strong passion for teaching Evs and experience working with students from diverse backgrounds is essential.

A successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be patient, and adaptable. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team is also essential.
Salary and benefits:
The salary for this position is Rs.17,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, depending on experience.
