Daily responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver daily Hindi lessons aligned with the curriculum, ensuring clarity and student participation.
- Monitor classroom behavior, maintain a conducive learning atmosphere, and address individual student needs promptly.
- Record attendance, assess student progress, and provide immediate feedback to guide learning.
- Coordinate with peers to share best practices and support interdisciplinary learning initiatives.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle
- Design and implement assessment strategies, including quizzes and assignments, to track student growth throughout the term.
- Participate in faculty meetings to discuss academic plans, student concerns, and curriculum updates.
- Mentor and support students during extracurricular Hindi activities such as debates, poetry recitals, and cultural events.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and report progress to school leadership regularly.
Periodic responsibilities
- Lead term‑end evaluations, compile reports, and contribute to parent‑teacher conferences to discuss student achievements.
- Organize and supervise school‑wide Hindi competitions or cultural programs, showcasing student talent.
Qualification and experience
- Graduate with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification is required; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably with a focus on Hindi.
Salary and location
- Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.14,000 to Rs.22,000 per month.
