Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TGT Mathematics teacher to join our team at a general school in Tier 3. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students from grades 6 to 10. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to adapt to new teaching methodologies, and have a strong passion for teaching mathematics.
KPIs and Outcomes:
- Deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of students from diverse backgrounds
- Achieve a minimum of 80% student attendance and participation in class
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students on their progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Ensure that students meet the desired learning outcomes in mathematics
