Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Chemistry educator to join our faculty at a daycumboarding school in Tosham, Bhiwani, Haryana. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students up to 12th standard and will be required to follow the curriculum prescribed by the State Board of Haryana.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Chemistry to students of 11th and 12th standard, as per the State Board of Haryana curriculum.
2. Prepare and administer assessments, exams, and quizzes to evaluate student progress and understanding.
3. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and techniques to engage students and promote learning.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, including grades, attendance, and behavior.
5. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
6. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
7. Provide guidance and support to students who are struggling with Chemistry concepts or need additional help.
8. Develop and implement innovative and engaging teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
9. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being.
10. Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching practices and technologies.
Minimum Requirements
* Post Graduate degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks.
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is preferred but not mandatory.
* CTET or TET certification is not required for this position.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level.
* Strong knowledge of the State Board of Haryana curriculum and examination patterns.
Preferred Requirements
* NET or SET qualification in Chemistry.
* Experience in teaching Chemistry in a daycumboarding school.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
* Familiarity with technology and digital tools for teaching and learning.
Performance Expectations
* The teacher will be evaluated on the basis of student performance, lesson planning, and classroom management.
* The teacher will be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.
* The teacher will be expected to participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
* The teacher will be required to attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities.
Evaluation Criteria:
* Student performance and progress (40%)
* Lesson planning and curriculum implementation (30%)
* Classroom management and organization (15%)
* Departmental contributions and participation (10%)
* Professional development and attendance (5%)
Review Process:
* The teacher will be evaluated on a quarterly basis.
* The evaluation will be conducted by the Head of the Department or the Principal of the school.
* The teacher will be provided with feedback and guidance to improve their performance.
Salary and Compensation
The salary for this position will be in the range of ₹15,000 to ₹45,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The school also offers a range of benefits, including:
