Monitor student participation, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Collaborate with the school management to organize inter-house and inter-school sports events, fostering team spirit and healthy competition.
Teach fundamental sports skills such as athletics, basketball, volleyball, and swimming where applicable. Maintain updated records of student performance in physical activities and report any concerns to the principal or relevant authorities. Work closely with the school’s curriculum team to align Physical Education with academic goals and national standards.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and used safely. Represent the school in local sports competitions or tournaments if required.
