Conduct fitness tests twice a year and file results in the school’s sports portal within a week.
Plan the annual Sports Day program, including marching order, races, and cultural items.
Liaise with local sports clubs for inter-school fixtures and ensure permission slips reach parents on time.
Monitor playground safety and report uneven surfaces or broken fencing to the estate team.
Attend monthly staff meetings to align sports activities with academic calendars.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with specialization in Physical Education.
Minimum 2 years of teaching or coaching experience in a school environment.
Working knowledge of Hindi and English for lesson planning and parent communication.
Familiarity with CBSE sports guidelines and NEP 2020 recommendations for physical literacy.
