Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Mathematics curriculum for classes 11 and 12 based on CBSE guidelines.
- Teach Mathematics to students and provide individualized attention as needed.
- Prepare students for board exams and improve their performance.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students.
- Collaborate with other Mathematics teachers to share best practices and resources.
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to curriculum planning.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student performance in Mathematics.

Required Qualifications

- Postgraduate degree in Mathematics (M.Sc.) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school.
- TET or CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive school environment.
