Responsibilities
Plan and deliver lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners. Use a variety of instructional techniques, including group work, discussions, and multimedia resources, to promote active participation. Prepare and administer assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate student records. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities as required. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and respectful communication.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.20,000 – Rs.35,000 per month. The remuneration package includes performance‑based incentives and professional development opportunities.
