Job Description
The day‑to‑day work involves delivering engaging computer science lessons, guiding students through programming projects, and managing lab activities that integrate theory with practical skills.
Scope of the Role
This TGT position focuses on secondary level computer science education within the Mblm School curriculum. The teacher will design and execute lesson plans for classes 9 and 10, supervise computer labs, and support the development of digital literacy among students. Collaboration with fellow faculty on interdisciplinary projects and school events is also expected.
Core Academic Duties
- Prepare and deliver interactive lessons on topics such as programming, algorithms, data structures, and basic networking.
- Facilitate hands‑on lab sessions, ensuring all equipment is functional and students can complete assignments independently.
- Mentor students in coding competitions and school‑wide IT initiatives, encouraging creative problem‑solving.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging technologies and incorporate relevant examples into teaching.
Assessment and Planning Duties
- Design formative and summative assessments aligned with state standards, including quizzes, coding assignments, and project presentations.
- Analyze student performance data to tailor instruction and provide targeted interventions.
- Contribute to the annual curriculum review, suggesting updates that reflect current industry trends and educational best practices.
Qualification and Experience
Post‑graduate qualification required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory. Minimum of two years experience in teaching computer science at the secondary level is essential.
Salary and Location
Competitive salary ranging from Rs.28,000 to Rs.50,000 per month. The role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, at Mblm School, a full‑time teaching position.
