Mblm School invites a dedicated Physical Education Teacher to join its dynamic team in Gurugram. This role focuses on shaping young minds through sports, fitness, and holistic development. The selected candidate will lead engaging PE classes, ensuring students participate actively in games, drills, and team activities.
Plan and conduct daily PE sessions covering cricket, basketball, athletics, and other school sports. Ensure adherence to safety protocols during outdoor activities to prevent injuries. Collaborate with the school’s sports committee to organize inter-house competitions and extracurricular events.
Develop and update PE curriculum aligned with school policies, incorporating modern training methods. Monitor student progress in physical fitness and motivation levels. Encourage teamwork and discipline through structured coaching, especially for junior students.
Maintain well-equipped sports facilities and report any maintenance issues promptly. Work closely with the principal and staff to integrate PE into the overall school curriculum. Foster a positive attitude among students toward sports and healthy lifestyles.
Mblm School values enthusiasm and practical experience in teaching Physical Education. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification with at least two years of relevant teaching experience is required. Experience in managing sports programs and handling diverse student groups is highly desirable.
