- Manage a team of assistants and external choreographers, allocating tasks and monitoring progress.
- Maintain equipment inventory, schedule studio usage and oversee safety protocols during practice sessions.
- Liaise with parents, teachers and senior management to promote the dance program and address any concerns.
- Prepare regular reports on participation, progress and resource utilisation for the school administration.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in managing dance programmes or related extracurricular activities in an educational setting.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, organise events and handle budgets effectively.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with a collaborative approach to working with staff and students.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs.22,000 to Rs.38,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
