Palladium School in Hisar is looking for an experienced Mathematics teacher to join its team as a Non-Teaching Staff (NTT) for the academic year. This role involves teaching high school students across core mathematics subjects while contributing to the school’s academic excellence. The position offers a competitive salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering structured mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. This includes planning daily and weekly lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, and assessing student performance through written and practical evaluations. Your role will also involve maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring students grasp fundamental concepts like algebra, geometry, and calculus.
Additional Duties
Beyond classroom teaching, you may assist in organizing mathematics-related extracurricular activities, such as competitions or workshops. Collaborating with other teachers to design collaborative learning projects is also part of the role. Occasionally, you may be required to support administrative tasks like preparing grade reports or assisting with school events.
Qualifications and Experience
A graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field is essential. Holding a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not strictly required, it will be an added advantage. At least two years of teaching experience in high school mathematics is preferred. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques is highly beneficial.
