Day-to-Day Duties
1. Prepare and deliver lesson plans for Hindi subjects
2. Teach Hindi to students in a classroom setting
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback
4. Conduct regular tests and examinations
5. Prepare and distribute study materials
6. Maintain student records and attendance
7. Develop and implement new methodologies for teaching Hindi
8. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum

Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
- CTET or TET certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Post-graduate degree in Hindi or equivalent from a recognized university
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching Hindi to students from 6th to 12th standard
- Knowledge of Hindi literature and grammar
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
