About Dronacharya Model School

Nestled on the main road of Narwana in Jind district, Dronacharya Model School opens its doors to the families of this bustling town and the surrounding villages of Haryana, pincode 131103. The school has been part of the community for years, and many parents I know have sent their children here because it feels like a familiar place where neighbours know each other.

Inside the campus, the classrooms are bright and well‑ventilated, and the teachers are people who actually enjoy explaining things rather than just going through a checklist. You’ll often hear a science teacher using a simple experiment to illustrate a concept, or a language teacher encouraging students to discuss current events in Hindi and English. The staff seem to care about what happens after the bell rings, checking in on students who need extra help and celebrating those who make progress, however small.

The school follows the Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) syllabus, so the curriculum aligns with the state examinations while still leaving room for projects and activities that go beyond rote learning. Because of the board affiliation, the teachers are well‑versed in the requirements for the class‑10 and class‑12 board exams, and they guide students through the preparation in a way that feels manageable rather than overwhelming.

What stands out most to me is the sense that learning here is a shared effort. Parents are invited to school events, alumni often return for talks, and the teachers work together to keep the school running smoothly. It feels less like a commercial institution and more like a place where the community has a real stake in the education of its children.
