6. Prepare and maintain grade-wise records, report cards, and progress reports for students.
7. Stay updated on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and curriculum updates to enhance classroom effectiveness.
8. Organize extracurricular activities such as debates, poetry recitals, or literary clubs to enrich students’ linguistic abilities.
9. Supervise student behavior and ensure discipline while promoting a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
10. Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required to support institutional goals.
