TGT Physical Education Teacher Position at Lumina World School, Jind
We seek an enthusiastic and experienced TGT Physical Education Teacher to join Lumina World School in Jind. This role focuses on designing and delivering engaging physical education programs that promote health, fitness, and teamwork among students. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sports science, activity-based learning, and motivating young athletes to excel in various disciplines.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement structured PE lessons aligned with school curriculum standards. This includes organizing indoor and outdoor activities such as track and field events, swimming, gymnastics, and team sports like football, basketball, and cricket. You will also ensure safety protocols are followed during all physical activities, including emergency preparedness.
Teaching experience in a school setting with at least four years will be highly valued. A strong background in sports coaching, fitness training, or related fields will further enhance your suitability. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be considered favorably if possessed.
Qualified candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree along with a postgraduate qualification in Physical Education or a related subject. Experience in motivating students through sports and fitness programs is essential. Your ability to adapt teaching methods to different student abilities and encourage a healthy lifestyle will be crucial.
