Position: Non-Teaching Teacher (NTT) – English at Vedashree International School, Kaithal
Vedashree International School in Kaithal is seeking a dedicated Non-Teaching Teacher (NTT) to strengthen its English language program. This role focuses on delivering structured English instruction while supporting classroom activities aligned with school curriculum standards. The selected candidate will work closely with teachers to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes in core English subjects.
Core Responsibilities
Plan and conduct English language classes for students, covering grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and speaking skills. Prepare engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s syllabus and assessment criteria. Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, quizzes, and assignments to provide timely feedback.
Additional Duties
Support teachers in classroom management, ensuring a structured and inclusive learning environment. Assist in organizing extracurricular activities such as debates, poetry recitals, or language workshops to boost student confidence. Collaborate with the school’s resource department to integrate multimedia tools and digital resources into English lessons.
Qualifications & Experience
Hold a graduate degree with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as a minimum requirement. Experience in teaching English to students in a school setting for at least two years is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
Compensation
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 25,000, depending on qualifications and performance.
