About This Role
C.s. International School is inviting applications for the position of Karate Coach in Karnal, Haryana. This full-time role involves planning, conducting, and monitoring Karate training sessions for students. 1. Design age-appropriate Karate training modules for students from classes 1 to 12.
2. Conduct daily practice sessions at the school’s indoor sports arena before school hours.
3. Organize inter-house Karate competitions every month to encourage participation.
4. Maintain attendance records and performance reports of all students enrolled in Karate.
5. Ensure safety protocols are followed during training and competitions.
6. Collaborate with the school’s physical education team to integrate Karate with other sports.
7. Prepare students for external Karate tournaments at district and state levels.
8. Submit monthly progress reports to the Sports Coordinator for review.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Karate coaching or related fields. Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office is required. TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position.
Preferred Skills
Black belt in Karate (minimum 3rd Dan) from a recognized body like JKF or WKF. Experience in coaching school-level students is preferred. Ability to handle large groups and maintain discipline is essential.
Salary and Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs.20,000 to Rs.35,000 based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include PF, ESI, and annual health check-ups for the employee.
