Qualifications and Experience
A postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Strong subject knowledge, especially in NEET preparation, is essential. Familiarity with school management systems and ability to work in a team-oriented environment are highly desirable.
