Required Qualifications
Must Have
- A graduate degree in Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling or a related field.
- Certification in Counselling or a related field (e.g. TISS, MPhil, MSW).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Knowledge of Indian educational systems and policies.
- Familiarity with local mental health resources and services.
- Certification in school counselling or a related field.
