Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them improve fluency and confidence.
Engage in classroom management to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate English lessons into interdisciplinary projects. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to foster a holistic development experience for students.
Prepare and maintain lesson resources, including worksheets, audio-visual materials, and digital content. Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on teaching methodologies. Represent Saigrace International School in local educational forums or parent-teacher associations when required.
Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree from a recognized institution. Possess a graduate degree in English or a related field to strengthen your teaching expertise. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Experience
Minimum two years of teaching experience in a school environment, preferably with a focus on English language instruction. Experience working with diverse student backgrounds is a plus. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum guidelines is advantageous.
Salary and Employment Type
