About Saigrace International School

Saigrace International School opened its doors in 2021 in Mahavir Colony on Tehsil Road, Ladwa, Kurukshetra, Haryana. The campus is modest but lively, with bright classrooms that open onto a small play area and a well‑kept sports field. The school runs from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, six days a week, so the daily rhythm is predictable and allows teachers to plan lessons without the pressure of extended hours. The administration, headed by Director‑Principal Kavita Singhal, is approachable; she often walks the corridors, checks in with staff, and encourages ideas that improve the learning experience. Because the school is still in its early years, there is room to shape policies and introduce initiatives, and decisions tend to be made quickly rather than getting lost in layers of bureaucracy.

The student body consists mainly of children from nursery through primary levels, many of whom are from nearby families in Ladwa and surrounding villages. Parents are actively involved in school events, especially during festivals when traditional crafts and performances become part of the routine. The community values consistency, safety, and a solid foundation in both academics and physical activity. Teachers find themselves working with curious youngsters who are just beginning to develop study habits, so patience and the ability to make concepts tangible are prized. The recent gold‑medal win by an eighth‑grader in an international taekwondo championship, under coach Kulwant Verma, highlights the emphasis the school places on disciplined sport alongside classroom learning.

Academically, Saigrace follows the HBSE framework for its preschool and primary curriculum, blending core subjects with regular art, craft and movement sessions. Lessons are often interwoven with local cultural themes, giving children a sense of place while meeting state standards. The school’s resources are modest but sufficient; teachers have access to a small library, basic science kits, and a digital board in each classroom. Because the school is still expanding, there is a genuine need for educators who can adapt lesson plans to the tools at hand and who are willing to experiment with new teaching methods. Collaboration is encouraged, and teachers regularly share resources during staff meetings held on Fridays.

A teacher who thrives at Saigrace will be comfortable wearing many hats—classroom instructor, mentor, and occasional event organizer. Those who enjoy working with young learners, who can balance structure with creativity, and who are eager to contribute to a growing institution will find the environment rewarding.
