Role Summary

Conduct regular tests, assignments, and revision sessions to reinforce economic theories and numerical applications.
Maintain updated teaching records, attendance, and assessment reports for each student.
Organize classroom activities that encourage discussions on current economic issues relevant to India and the world.
Collaborate with the Social Science department to integrate interdisciplinary projects in Economics.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings to share student progress and address academic concerns.

Required Qualifications
Must Have
Post-graduate degree in Economics with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree from an NCTE-recognized institution.
Minimum two years of full-time teaching experience in Economics at the senior secondary level.
Good to Have
D.El.Ed or TET/CTET certification in Social Science.
Experience with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
Familiarity with CBSE examination patterns and evaluation guidelines.
