Responsibilities
Teach Economics to students in Class 9 to 12, ensuring alignment with the latest CBSE syllabus and state board guidelines. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods, including case studies, group discussions, and real-world applications of economic concepts. Collaborate with the school’s curriculum team to refine lesson plans and assess student performance using standardized evaluation techniques. Maintain a supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and analytical skills. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities to foster a holistic educational experience.
Requirements
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Economics or a related field. Experience in teaching Economics to middle and senior secondary students is highly desirable. Familiarity with CBSE and Haryana state board guidelines for Economics is a must. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for simplifying complex economic theories for students. Ability to adapt teaching methods to engage diverse learning styles and ensure inclusive education practices.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, along with additional benefits such as performance-based allowances and opportunities for professional growth within Saigrace International School.
