Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Teach English to students as per the school curriculum, preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging lectures, and assessing student performance.
Maintain accurate attendance records and keep class documentation updated.
Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development discussions.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in organizing school events and extracurricular activities that promote language skills.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a school setting.
Compensation
Rs.18,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
