About This Role
As a key member of our school administration team, you will be responsible for administering medications, maintaining accurate medical records, and providing first aid to students and staff. You will also be involved in health education programs, ensuring students are equipped with essential knowledge on healthy habits and disease prevention.
What You Will Do
- Administer medications to students as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for students
- Provide first aid to students and staff in case of emergencies
- Develop and implement health education programs for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure students' health and well-being
- Conduct regular health checks and monitor students' health status
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the school clinic
- Ensure compliance with school health policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Nursing (B.Sc., M.Sc. in Nursing)
- 3 years of experience in a school or hospital setting
- Valid license to practice nursing in India
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
