Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement weekly lesson plans for Hindi classes IX to XII, ensuring alignment with the Haryana State Board curriculum.
2. Conduct grammar, literature, and composition classes with a focus on improving students' writing and speaking skills in Hindi.
3. Use interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, debates, and cultural activities, to make Hindi learning engaging.
4. Evaluate students’ progress through oral assessments, written tests, and project-based evaluations to track their linguistic development.
5. Prepare and maintain detailed teaching logs, including student feedback and lesson outcomes, for administrative review.
6. Assist in organizing school events such as Hindi Diwas celebrations, poetry recitals, and inter-house competitions.
7. Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect for Hindi literature and cultural heritage among students.
8. Stay updated on new teaching methodologies and educational trends in Hindi language teaching to enhance classroom effectiveness.
9. Collaborate with other teachers to create cross-subject learning activities that integrate Hindi with other subjects like social science and literature.
10. Ensure compliance with school policies regarding attendance, discipline, and academic integrity in Hindi classes.
11. Guide students who need additional support in Hindi, such as those preparing for competitive exams like CTET or state-level entrance tests.
12. Participate in staff meetings and workshops to discuss teaching strategies and share best practices for Hindi education.
13. Maintain a clean, organized, and student-friendly classroom environment that reflects the school’s academic values.
