Role
Delhi Public School | Panipat Refinery is hiring a full‑time TGT Social Science Teacher for its Panipat, Haryana campus. The position involves delivering the Social Science curriculum to secondary students and contributing to the school’s academic environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Social Science lessons for classes IX and X, adhering to the NCERT syllabus and school guidelines. Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and assessments that promote critical thinking and real‑world connections. Monitor student progress, maintain records and provide timely feedback to learners and parents. Participate in departmental meetings, school events and co‑curricular activities to foster a holistic learning experience.
Qualification
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Social Science or a related discipline along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. TET/CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
A minimum of three years of teaching experience in a recognized school setting is required. Experience with interactive pedagogy and use of digital tools in the classroom will be advantageous.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges from Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional benefits are in line with the school’s policies.
