What You Will Do
Assess and identify students facing emotional, behavioural, or social difficulties.
Design and implement individual and group counselling sessions.
Maintain confidential student records and prepare periodic progress reports.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student concerns.
Organise workshops on stress management, study skills, and emotional resilience.
Monitor and follow up on referred cases to ensure timely support.
Advise the school leadership on policy matters related to student well-being.
Participate in school events and parent-teacher interactions as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduate in Psychology or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling, preferably in a school or educational setting.
Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychology.
Good to Have
Postgraduate qualification in Psychology.
Prior experience in a reputed school like D.a.v. Police Public School.
Familiarity with psychological assessment tools.
