Position Summary
Shri Baba Mastnath Public School in Rohtak is hiring a PRT English Teacher to deliver primary level English instruction. The role involves planning lessons, fostering language skills, and supporting the overall development of students in a full‑time capacity.
Reporting and Scope
The teacher will report to the Head of Primary Section and work with a small team of primary educators.
Core Duties
Design and deliver engaging English lessons for primary classes, aligning with the school curriculum and state guidelines.
Assess student progress through classwork, homework, and periodic tests, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and builds confidence in reading, writing, speaking and listening.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross‑curricular activities and contribute to school events and language fairs.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance as per school policies.
Qualification and Experience
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Minimum three years of teaching experience in primary English.
Preferable completion of TET/CTET, though not mandatory.
Compensation and Location
Salary range Rs.12,000 – Rs.24,000 per month.
