Job Responsibilities
Teach English to students in the designated classes, ensuring lesson plans are delivered effectively and learning objectives are met.
Prepare and grade assignments, tests and projects, providing constructive feedback to students and parents as needed.
Maintain accurate attendance records, attendance sheets, and class reports in line with school policies.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to share best practices and support classroom management strategies.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events to contribute to a cohesive learning environment.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions.
TET or CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in English language instruction.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
