Karate Coach Job in Sonipat, Haryana | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement.
Role Summary
Dav Multipurpose Public School invites applications for the position of Karate Coach. The role is part-time and requires proven experience in martial arts instruction. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting regular Karate sessions, maintaining discipline, and ensuring student safety during training.
What You Will Do
1. Plan and conduct age-appropriate Karate classes for students from classes 1 to 12.
2. Organize monthly belt testing sessions and maintain accurate records of student progress.
3. Ensure all training equipment is safe and stored properly after each session.
4. Coordinate with the sports department to integrate Karate into the school’s annual sports calendar.
5. Report any injuries or incidents during practice to the school’s administration immediately.
6. Assist in organizing inter-school Karate competitions and cultural events hosted by Dav Multipurpose Public School.
7. Promote discipline, respect, and self-confidence among students through structured training.
8. Attend staff meetings when scheduled and provide updates on Karate program progress.
Who Can Apply
Graduates in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Karate coaching are eligible. Knowledge of first aid and basic computer skills are preferred. Fluency in Hindi and English is necessary for effective communication with students and staff.
Skills We Value
Proficiency in traditional and modern Karate techniques is essential. Ability to demonstrate techniques clearly and correct students’ posture is required. Experience in organizing sports events and handling equipment maintenance will be an added advantage.
Perks and Pay
The monthly remuneration for this part-time position ranges from Rs.20,000 to Rs.40,000, based on experience and qualifications. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to extracurricular planning and receive recognition during school events.
