Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise all music‑related activities, including concerts, festivals and extracurricular clubs.
- Maintain inventory of instruments, music books and equipment, ensuring proper upkeep and budgeting for purchases.
- Liaise with parents, external artists and cultural organizations to arrange workshops and performances.
- Prepare schedules, timetables and reports for the school management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead a small team of assistants, providing guidance and evaluating their performance.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing music programs or related cultural activities.
- Preference given to candidates holding B.Ed or D.El.Ed, with TET/CTET certification considered an advantage.
Salary
- Rs.16,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
