What You Will Do
1. Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for children aged 3 to 6 years.

3. Create a warm, child-friendly classroom environment at Shiva Shiksha Sadan.
4. Prepare teaching aids like flashcards, charts, and audio-visual materials.
5. Assess student progress through simple observation and age-appropriate activities.
6. Collaborate with co-teachers to maintain consistency in lesson delivery.
7. Organize small group activities to encourage speaking and listening skills.
8. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required by the school.
9. Maintain clean and safe learning corners in the classroom.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in English or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching English to pre-primary children.
- Familiarity with early childhood learning methodologies.
- Residence preference for Sonipat or nearby areas.
Good to Have
- TET or CTET certification.
- Experience in NTT or pre-primary teaching in Sonipat.
- Knowledge of local Haryanvi language for better communication with children.
- Previous work in a reputed school like Shiva Shiksha Sadan.
- Additional training in Montessori or play-way methods.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to manage a lively classroom of young learners.
- Creativity in designing simple English games and activities.
- Patience and empathy while handling children.
