NOTICE FOR RECRUITMENT OF NON-TEACHING TRANSLATOR (NTT) HINDI TEACHER
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Non-Teaching Translator (NTT) Hindi teacher to join our team at a rural school in the general category. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to students from Class 1 to Class 10.
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this position, the candidate must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hindi or its equivalent from a recognized university
- 2 years of teaching experience in Hindi language and literature
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
KPIs and Outcomes:
The key performance indicators for this position include:
- To teach Hindi language and literature to students from Class 1 to Class 10 in an engaging and effective manner
- To prepare and implement lesson plans and syllabi as per the school curriculum
- To assess student progress and provide feedback to improve their learning outcomes
- To participate in school events and activities that promote language and literature
