Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to classes 6-12
- Prepare and implement lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
- Engage with parents through regular meetings and progress reports
- Participate in school events and activities to promote a sense of community
- Develop and implement creative teaching methods to enhance student engagement
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
- Contribute to the development of the English department's curriculum and resources
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in English or a related field (MA/MSc/MCom)
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
- Teaching experience of at least one year
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
