Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to classes 9-12 with a focus on conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students and promote critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute curriculum activities.
- Conduct regular quizzes and assessments to evaluate student understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field (M.Sc./M.A./M.Com) is mandatory.
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree is required for teaching positions.
- Experience in teaching Physics at the senior secondary level is desirable.
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.40,000 - Rs.80,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan and opportunities for professional growth and development.
