Requirements
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field as a minimum qualification. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify for the PRT position in government schools, though this institution may consider equivalent teaching experience. Two years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in science subjects, is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students of diverse learning backgrounds are essential. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology is a plus. A clean criminal background and good conduct certificate are mandatory.
Compensation
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.16,000 to Rs.25,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
