Hostel Warden Job in Cachar, Assam
Presidency Sr Sec School in Sichar, Cachar is seeking a responsible Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day management of its boarding facilities. This role involves ensuring a safe, orderly, and conducive environment for students living in the hostel. The warden will be responsible for maintaining discipline, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating with school authorities to address any concerns.
The position requires a graduate with at least three years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. While teaching qualifications like B.Ed or D.El.Ed are not mandatory, a background in school administration or childcare management will be an asset. The warden must demonstrate strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to upholding the school’s values.
Daily duties include monitoring student activities, managing hostel records, ensuring compliance with school rules, and collaborating with staff to resolve issues promptly. The warden will also assist in organizing events and maintaining cleanliness and security within the hostel premises.
