Role Summary
The Assam Royal Global University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Web Development. Key Responsibilities

Develop and update course content in line with current industry standards and emerging trends in web technologies. Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and semester-end examinations.
Guide students in their academic projects, internships, and research initiatives related to Web Development. Mentor students for hackathons, coding competitions, and placement readiness in tech domains.
Master Level Teaching
At the master’s level, contribute to advanced courses such as Full Stack Development, Cloud Computing for Web Apps, and Web Security. Supervise dissertations and guide students in publishing research in peer-reviewed journals.
Encourage interdisciplinary projects that integrate AI, IoT, or data analytics with web technologies. Foster a research culture by collaborating with industry partners and securing internal/external funding.
Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field with a minimum of 55% marks. Candidates with NET/SLET qualification are preferred if Ph.D. is not completed.
Minimum 1 year of teaching or industry experience in Web Development or related areas. Publications in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings related to web technologies will be given preference.
