Job Description
Responsibilities
Teach Economics to high school students in Krimganj, focusing on core syllabus topics like macroeconomics, microeconomics, and economic policies. Prepare and deliver engaging classroom lessons aligned with the latest Assam Board curriculum.
Design and conduct practical sessions, including case studies and group discussions, to deepen students’ understanding of economic concepts. Assess student performance through regular exams, projects, and continuous evaluation.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate findings to parents or guardians as needed.
Eligibility
Hold a postgraduate degree in Economics or a related field. Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) to qualify for the role.
Four years of teaching experience in Economics at the secondary or senior secondary level is mandatory. Experience in Assam Board-affiliated schools is a plus.
Salary and Employment Details
The successful candidate will be offered a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs.40,000 to Rs.50,000. The role is based in Krimganj, Karimganj, Assam, and involves teaching duties primarily during school hours.
