Who You Will Teach
The position involves teaching Nursery to Upper Kindergarten students from diverse backgrounds in Aurangabad. Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver Evs lessons aligned with the school’s thematic curriculum for NTT classes. Use storytelling, local examples from Aurangabad, and simple experiments to explain environmental topics. Prepare teaching aids with low-cost materials to support visual and kinesthetic learners.
Assess each child’s progress through observation and age-appropriate tasks. Provide gentle guidance to help shy or hesitant learners participate. Collaborate with co-teachers to adapt lessons for children who need extra support.
Maintain clean and organized classroom corners for Evs activities. Display student work and eco-friendly projects to build pride in their learning. Report daily observations to the coordinator for follow-up with parents when needed.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is mandatory. Prior experience in early childhood or Evs teaching is preferred.
