About This Role
Bl International School, a renowned educational institution in Aurangabad, Bihar, is seeking a talented and experienced TGT English Teacher to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, deliver, and assess English language lessons to students of various age groups.
2. Develop and implement English language curricula for classes VI to X.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and student outcomes.
5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
6. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
7. Participate in school events and activities that promote English language learning.
8. Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and technologies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or Head of Department.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree for teaching.
- TET/CTET certification is preferred.
- 2 years of teaching experience at a school level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching English language and literature to students of various age groups.
- Knowledge of curriculum design and development.
- Familiarity with computer-aided teaching tools and technologies.
