Core Responsibilities
Teaching core music subjects, including singing, basic instruments, and music theory, to students in Class I to VIII. Designing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with school curriculum standards. Maintaining discipline and ensuring students participate actively in group and individual music activities.
Additional Duties
Assisting in organizing school events like music festivals, concerts, and cultural fairs to showcase student talent. Collaborating with other teachers to integrate music as a cross-curricular subject where possible. Preparing and maintaining student music portfolios to track progress and achievements.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum two years of teaching experience preferred, though not mandatory. Familiarity with TET/CTET guidelines is beneficial but not required. Must have a passion for nurturing young minds through music.
Salary and Compensation
